• Processing & Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping across the UAE takes 1 to 3 business days following order confirmation.

• Shipping Rates: Standard Delivery Fee is AED 15 (or Free Shipping on orders over AED 200).

• Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer Cash on Delivery across the UAE. Please have the exact amount in AED ready when the courier arrives.

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your contact details and address are accurate. Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect details or unreachability may result in the order returning to our warehouse.
